BOOKING POLICY:
The reservation is considered confirmed ONLY upon receipt of the deposit of the 30% to be sent by bank transfer by 15 days from confirmation. The balance of the stay is paid directly at the farmhouse. We accept cash, Credit Cards, ATMs and online transfers made before check-out. The deposit will be refunded if the written cancellation is made one month before the start of the stay, Otherwise, the management will take care to offer valid alternatives. In case of early departures, the booked stay must still be paid for.

TOURIST TAX:
Based on the in effect The tourist tax amounts to € 1,00/day/guest over 14 years.
