FINALITÀ DEL TRATTAMENTO

Iscrizione a newsletter per marketing diretto del Titolare: con la registrazione nella newsletter, l’indirizzo email dell’Interessato viene automaticamente inserito in una lista di contatti a cui potranno essere trasmessi periodicamente messaggi email contenenti informazioni, messaggi informativi anche di natura commerciale, promozionale e/o pubblicitari.

La base giuridica del trattamento è il consenso espresso (art. 6, comma 1, letter. a GDPR). Con riferimento all’art. 7 of the GDPR, l’interessato può revocare in qualsiasi momento il consenso eventualmente prestato. La revoca del consenso, effettuabile mediante l’apposito link nel footer della email newsletter, determina la sospensione dell’invio della newsletter. L’eventuale revoca non pregiudica la liceità del trattamento prestato prima della revoca.
